Technical Project Manager
This isn't a job posting. It's a signal flare.
Massive is a proxy infrastructure company building the backbone of the modern internet's data layer for companies and AI. We move fast, build smart, and don't believe in busywork. Every person on this team ships. Every week, something real goes live.
We're looking for the kind of person who reads this and thinks "I could do all of this — and I'd also redesign how the team works by week two."
Responsabilidades
✔ Own our Linear board — not as a passive task tracker, but as the architect of how work flows through a high-velocity engineering team.
✔ Run sprints with clarity: every ticket has context, every sprint has a narrative, every stakeholder knows where things stand without asking.
✔ Build automations, internal tools, and workflows that save the team hours every week.
✔ Prototype and hack together solutions when the board is clean — downtime is an invitation to make everything better.
✔ Spot gaps, edge cases, and process breakdowns before they become problems.
✔ Use AI tools and scripting to produce the output of five people — not by working harder, but by working smarter.
Requisitos
✔ Intellectually relentless — you think fast, decide fast, and learn faster than anyone in the room.
✔ AI-native — you use AI assistants, automation, and scripting as a core part of how you work, not as an afterthought.
✔ Obsessively organized — nothing falls through the cracks. Ever.
✔ A builder, not just a manager — you're equally comfortable in Linear and an AI tool, a Slack automation, or a prototype.
✔ Dangerously curious across the stack — frontend, backend, data, design, strategy. You know enough to be dangerous everywhere.
✔ Fast by default — if you've ever been told you move "too fast" at a previous job, you just found your people.
✔ No ego, full ownership — you don't need to be managed. You need to be pointed in a direction and unleashed.
