Social Media Marketing Manager
About the Role
You’ve built audiences from zero. You know the difference between engagement that looks good in a report and engagement that actually drives pipeline. You’ve run company LinkedIn pages where every post is a bet on whether the algorithm rewards you or buries you.
We’re looking for someone who can own Massive’s social presence across LinkedIn, X, and emerging channels. You won’t be scheduling recycled blog snippets. You’ll be creating original content about web access infrastructure, AI agents, and the companies building on top of the open web.
Responsabilidades
- Own the content calendar and daily publishing across LinkedIn (primary), X, and any channel worth testing.
- Write and post original content for the company page and leadership profiles. You'll shape thought leadership positioning across key channels.
- Build and manage a repeatable content pipeline using Buffer. Market maps, top 10 lists, industry commentary, product launches.
- Track and report on follower growth, engagement rates, impressions, and inbound leads generated from social.
- Monitor industry conversations in real time. Know what’s trending in web data, AI infrastructure, and scraping before it hits the mainstream.
- Engage with prospects, customers, and industry voices in comments and DMs. Social selling without being salesy.
- Collaborate with sales on turning social engagement into pipeline. Tag the right companies, warm the right prospects, time the right posts.
Requisitos
- 3+ years managing B2B social media for a technical product. SaaS, dev tools, or infrastructure experience strongly preferred.
- You can write. Not “content creator” write. Actually write. Clear and opinionated. If you’ve ghostwritten for a founder, even better.
- Deep understanding of LinkedIn’s algorithm, posting cadence, and what drives organic reach in 2026.
- Experience with social media management tools (Buffer, Hootsuite, or similar) and analytics.
- You follow the AI/web data space because you find it interesting, not because someone told you to.
- Comfortable working async in a remote team across time zones.
- Portfolio or examples of B2B social accounts you’ve grown. We’ll ask for numbers.
