Social Media Coordinator
About the Role
Massive is a fast-growing AI infrastructure company. We have strong product-market fit, hundreds of paying customers, and almost no social media presence relative to our size. That's where you come in.
You'll own the company's social accounts on LinkedIn and X. The content you'll create isn't fluff. It's market maps, top 10 lists, industry research, product launches, and commentary on web infrastructure and AI. Our audience is technical (developers, data engineers, AI companies) and they can spot filler instantly.
This is a hands-on execution role. You'll have a designer to support visuals and a CEO who cares about content quality. You create, you post, you measure, you improve.

- 1-3 years experience in social media, content creation, or marketing. B2B or tech experience is a plus.
- You can write clearly and concisely. We'll ask for samples.
- Comfortable using AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Midjourney, etc.) for content research, drafting, and creation.
- Basic understanding of LinkedIn and X algorithms, posting cadence, and what drives organic reach.
- Interested in AI, developer tools, or web infrastructure. You don't need to be an expert, but you should find this space genuinely interesting.
- Organized and self-directed. You can manage a content calendar without being reminded.
- Comfortable working async in a remote team across time zones.
- Portfolio or examples of social accounts you've contributed to. Numbers are a plus.

- Own daily publishing on Massive's LinkedIn and X accounts. Plan, write, and post 3-5 pieces of content per week.
- Create original content: market maps, top 10 lists, product announcements, customer features, and industry commentary relevant to AI infrastructure and web data.
- Manage the content calendar so there is always content queued and ready to publish.
- Coordinate with our designer on visuals, graphics, and carousel assets.
- Track and report weekly on impressions, engagement, follower growth, and what's working vs what's not.
- Engage with prospects, customers, and industry voices in comments. Be present in the conversation, not just broadcasting.
- Monitor trends in AI, web scraping, developer tools, and infrastructure. Surface content ideas based on what's happening in the space.
- Use AI tools to research, draft, and iterate on content faster.
