GTM Representative (Field & Events)
We're building a small SF field GTM team, and you'll be one of its first members. Your job is to be Massive's face on the ground: at the AI and data events, founder dinners, meetups, and conferences where our customers actually are. You turn rooms into relationships, relationships into pipeline, and hand strong opportunities to our AEs to close. This is for someone who would rather be in the room than behind a sequence.
Location & compensation
- San Francisco based, remote company, no office, heavy in-person event presence.
- Base $85k + variable (~$130k OTE), plus equity compensation. Variable tied to pipeline you source and influence.
职责
- Show up where our market gathers: attend, work, and help host events, dinners, and conferences across the Bay Area.
- Build genuine relationships with founders, engineers, and data leaders at ICP companies (AI agents, web-scraping infra, marketplaces, data vendors).
- Generate qualified pipeline from events and networking, backed by focused, personal outbound.
- Run first conversations, qualify fit, and hand off to an AE.
- Represent the product credibly to technical audiences: what residential proxies and Web Render do, and why real-device web access matters.
- Keep HubSpot clean and attribute event-sourced pipeline, and feed what you hear in the market back to GTM and product.
要求
- 1–3 years in a GTM, sales, BDR, or field/community role, ideally selling to technical buyers.
- Based in San Francisco and energized by being in person. You can walk into a room of strangers and leave with three conversations worth continuing.
- Technically curious: you can hold your own on APIs, proxies, web data, or AI agents at a working level.
- Self-directed. No office, no one watching your calendar. You build your week around where you need to be.
- A clear, human writer and a fast follow-upper.
Nice to have
- Experience selling developer tools, infrastructure, or data products.
- An existing network in the SF AI/data/dev community.
- Familiarity with web scraping, proxies, or the AI agent ecosystem.
