Founding Technical GTM (AI Infrastructure)

✔️ Own GTM strategy and positioning

• Define and refine our GTM motion for our priority audiences: AI infrastructure teams, data platforms, and companies running large-scale scraping.
• Turn complex technical capabilities (proxies, SERP APIs, scraping, AI data pipelines) into simple, compelling narratives and value propositions.

✔️ Lead launches and campaigns

• Plan and execute product and feature launches end-to-end: research, messaging, launch briefs, landing page structure, and announcements.
• Design integrated campaigns across channels (email, social, SEO, community, partnerships) focused on pipeline, product usage, and revenue, not vanity metrics.

✔️ Create content, case studies, and UGC flywheels

• Learn, build, and create the newest strategies in marketing by turning product launches into organic marketing opportunities (product hunt, hackernews, etc)
• Work with customers and internal teams to turn real-world success into case studies, benchmarks, and best practice guides.
• Build simple programs that encourage user-generated content (posts, short videos, repos, templates) around Massive, inspired by modern AI/devtool growth playbooks.

✔️ Build AI-native marketing systems

• Use AI tools as a core part of your workflow: market research, customer insights, content generation, testing, and reporting.
• Set up lightweight automation (e.g., n8n, Zapier, internal agents) for lead routing, enrichment, follow-up, and analytics.

✔️ Partner with Sales, Product, and Support

• Collaborate closely with Sales and Support to understand customer needs, objections, and wins, and feed those insights back into campaigns.
• Work with Product and Engineering to influence roadmap based on GTM feedback.

✔️ Grow into a GTM team lead

• Start as a hands-on GTM Lead, documenting playbooks, processes, and metrics.
• Over time, help define and hire the first GTM roles (e.g., content, demand gen, partnerships) and take on people management while staying close to the work.
