Support Engineer (Web Scraping & Proxies)

Massive is a fast-growing proxy infrastructure company. We’re looking for a technical support engineer to help our customers succeed with web scraping and proxy usage.

Responsibilities

✔️ Support users with proxy setup, scraping tools (Scrapy, Puppeteer, Selenium, etc.)

✔️ Troubleshoot issues like IP rotation, CAPTCHA, geo-targeting

✔️ Create help docs, blog posts, and best practice guides

✔️ Collaborate with engineering on platform improvements

✔️ Ensure customer success and satisfaction

Requirements

✔️ 2+ years in web scraping and proxy networks

✔️ Strong debugging and support skills

✔️ Excellent written English

✔️ Self-directed and proactive

✔️ Bonus: blog writing, test validation, residential proxy experience
