Abuse Prevention

We turn away customers who fail our checks and block traffic to sites on our blocklist.

Accounts rejected or blocked.

Every new account is verified and reviewed before it can send traffic. This is the share of accounts created in each period that we refused, or blocked later.

Traffic refused for policy.

Requests to destinations on the network-wide blocklist are refused at the proxy, no matter what the customer asked for. This is the share of each day’s requests refused that way.

Last 7 days: 0.108% blocked, 99.892% passed.

Blocked requests as a share of all requests, by day.

What each number counts.

Accounts rejected or blocked
Accounts that failed identity verification or were blocked by our team, divided by all accounts created in the period. An account blocked after approval counts in the period it was created.
Traffic refused for policy
Proxy requests refused because the destination is on the network-wide blocklist, divided by all requests that day. Filters a customer sets on their own account are not counted.

The policy behind the numbers.

What the network refuses to reach, and what the people sharing their bandwidth agreed to.
