Support Engineer (Web Scraping & Proxies)
Massive is a fast-growing proxy infrastructure company. We’re looking for a technical support engineer to help our customers succeed with web scraping and proxy usage.
What You'll Do:
- Support users with proxy setup, scraping tools (Scrapy, Puppeteer, Selenium, etc.)
- Troubleshoot issues like IP rotation, CAPTCHA, geo-targeting
- Create help docs, blog posts, and best practice guides
- Collaborate with engineering on platform improvements
- Ensure customer success and satisfaction
What We're Looking For:
- 2+ years in web scraping and proxy networks
- Strong debugging and support skills
- Excellent written English
- Self-directed and proactive
- Bonus: blog writing, test validation, residential proxy experience
