Sales Development Representative (SDR)
Responsibilities
✔️ Prospect and identify potential leads via outbound email, LinkedIn, and calls.
✔️ Maintain accurate lead and activity records in HubSpot (CRM).
✔️ Collaborate with Account Executives to refine outreach strategies and ensure smooth handoffs.
✔️ Use modern workplace tools including LinkedIn, Google Apps, ChatGPT, and other AI tools.
✔️ Consistently hit outreach and meeting-setting targets.
Requirements
✔️ 1–2 years of experience in lead generation or SDR role (B2B SaaS, Web data, or Proxy industry experience a plus).
✔️ Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
✔️ Strong problem-solving abilities and creative thinking.
✔️ High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
✔️ Resilient, coachable, and motivated by performance targets.
