Account Executive (AE)
Responsibilities
✔️ Own the full sales cycle — from prospecting and discovery to negotiation and closing.
✔️ Generate your own pipeline through targeted outbound efforts, networking, and creative prospecting.
✔️ Partner with SDRs but maintain full accountability for your personal deal flow.
✔️ Negotiate pricing and contract terms with SMB and mid-market clients.
✔️ Accurately forecast pipeline and maintain clean records in HubSpot (CRM).
✔️ Collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams to refine sales strategy and improve conversion rates.
✔️ Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue goals.
Requirements
✔️ 2–4 years of experience in B2B sales (SaaS, data infrastructure, or proxy industry preferred).
✔️ Proven record of hitting or exceeding quotas.
✔️ Strong hunter mentality — proactive, persistent, and independent in building opportunities.
✔️ Strong understanding of the sales process from lead generation to contract close.
✔️ Highly organized, data-driven, and comfortable managing multiple deals simultaneously.
✔️ Resilient and self-motivated; thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
